We offer you only the finest garden products, so if you're unsatisfied with any product return it, we'll gladly exchange it or refund you're money. We'll even guarantee the shipment, if it's lost or damaged due to shipping, we'll gladly do the same. If you find that you are unsatisfied with a shipment or product simply e-mail us at: store@greengate.ca or call 1-403-256-1212 during business hours and we'll get you the information on how to get it back to us! We'll replace, refund, or if you choose we'll give you a credit toward your next on-line purchase. All items should be mailed or shipped back to us before a refund, or credit is given.
