greengate guarantee
greengate guarantees all trees, shrubs and evergreens for one full year if properly cared for. If any tree shrub or evergreen fails to grow after being properly planted, fertilized and watered greengate will issue a store credit for the purchase price.
Perennial plants and tea roses are guaranteed to grow the first season only. No over winter guarantee applies.
All indoor houseplants are guaranteed for ninety days.
Seasonal flowering houseplants, annuals, bonsai and orchids are not guaranteed because of their perishable nature.
All sale priced plants will be credited for the sale price only.
Returns for store credit will be issued with your greengate receipt and the plant itself.
Replacements are not further guaranteed.
Delivery
greengate is glad to deliver any of your large purchases. A general delivery service charge applies to deliveries, which are delivered to the same address within the city limits. A higher delivery service charge applies to addresses outside City of Calgary limits.
greengate is unable to indicate specific delivery times on your delivery day. Due to the seasonality of our business the frequency of our delivery service varies periodically.
It is not necessary that you be home when your delivery arrives. Your delivered items can be placed in your yard at your request at the time of purchase. If no special instructions were given at the time of purchase our driver will place your delivery items in the most appropriate available location. Please notify us if you experience any difficulties with your delivered items at 256-1212.
